  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments

  • Once an order is placed, the price charged will remain fixed

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is considered confirmed only after:

  1. You receive an SMS/Email confirmation

  2. Our team verifies the order (if needed)

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Out of stock

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Unserviceable location

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is usually 3–5 working days

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 2,500

  • PKR 250 delivery fee on orders below PKR 2,500

  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or courier issues

  • Once shipped, delays caused by courier companies are not our responsibility

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return or exchange under specific conditions:

  • Packaging must be intact

  • Photos/videos required for verification

Certain items such as perfumes, cosmetics, and used clothing are not returnable.

  • The item is unavailable for replacement
