We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan.
This Shipping Policy explains our delivery methods, charges, and timelines.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all cities in Pakistan, including:
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, and more.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is:

  • 3 to 5 working days for major cities

  • 4 to 7 working days for other areas and villages

Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, or seasonal load.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer two types of shipping:

✔ Free Shipping

Orders above PKR 2,500 qualify for FREE Shipping.

✔ Standard Shipping

Orders below PKR 2,500 will have a PKR 250 delivery fee.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Simply pay the amount when your parcel arrives at your doorstep.

For COD orders, please ensure:

  • Your phone number is active

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

  • You answer the confirmation call/SMS

5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 5 PM are processed the same day

  • Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day

  • No processing on Sundays or public holidays

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

  1. You will receive a confirmation SMS/Email

  2. Our team may call you for verification (if needed)

  3. Once confirmed, the order is shipped within 24 hours

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number, and

  • A tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp

You can use the link to check live status.

8. Delays or Shipping Issues

Delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Phone number switched off

  • Courier delays

  • Weather or holidays
    In such cases, our team will assist you promptly.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or a product is missing:

  • Take a photo/video

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours

We will resolve the issue immediately.
