1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is in its original condition

All packaging, accessories, and tags are intact

You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Perfumes (if seal is broken)

Skincare or cosmetic products

Worn clothing

Used items

Sale items (unless defective)
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, it can still be exchanged.
3. Return Process
To start your return, simply follow these steps:

Provide clear pictures or video of the product you received

Our team will verify your request within 24 hours
After approval:

You will return the item using our courier partner

After inspection, a replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed
4. Exchange Policy
You can exchange a product for:

A different size

A different variant

A replacement if the product is defective
No exchange will be offered if the item is used, damaged by customer, or missing packaging.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only when:

The product is not available in stock for replacement

You received a damaged or faulty product

The product was not delivered due to our error
Refunds will be processed through:

Bank Transfer, or

EasyPaisa/JazzCash
Refunds typically take 3–5 working days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before shipment without charges.
Once the parcel is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
7. Wrong Address or No Response
If the order cannot be delivered because of:

No answer on phone

Customer refusal
Reshipment charges may apply.
